Processing time

Ready to ship items purchased from the site will require approximately 3-5 business days for processing. (Excluding emergencies and scheduled down-time.)

Custom items are unique. Processing times will vary depending on style, number of items, current queue of custom orders, etc. Estimated processing times will be provided during custom intake communications.

United States - Domestic shipping

JEM's Vibrant Creations currently ships using USPS calculated rates. Please note that the below estimated shipping times are directly from the USPS website. We are not responsible for USPS shipping delays.

Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days
Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
Priority Mail Express: 1-3 business days

It is important to keep in mind that shipping times are separate from processing times.

i.e. ground advantage shipping of ready to ship items may arrive between 5-10 business days depending on time allowed for processing and shipping.

Delivery - within 25 miles of Palm Bay, FL

We are available to deliver orders within 25 miles of our location. Delivery will occur within 2-3 business days (excluding emergencies and scheduled down-time.)

Free delivery is available for orders of $49.99+. Otherwise a delivery fee of $5 will be applied.
