Damaged items & product issues
Upon opening your package from JEM's Vibrant Creations, please inspect the items for any damages and/or correctness of the order. If these issues arise, please contact jemsvibrantcreations@outlook.com immediately so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Item returns
Due to the nature of jewelry having direct contact with the human body, we cannot except exchanges or returns of goods provided on this site. Thank you very much for your understanding!
Refunds
Please contact JEM's Vibrant Creations within 30 days of receiving your package to be considered for a refund. Refunds will not be issued for the entering of incorrect addresses on the part of the user. Please ensure all information is entered correctly prior to purchase. JEM's Vibrant Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Refunds will not be issued for these instances.
